Does anyone besides Timney make a trigger for the 1917 Enfield? I have a Timney that won't adjust properly. I haven't had problems before, but now for some reason if the trigger is pulled with the safety on, when the safety is disengaged, the gun fires. Not a good thing! Looking for an adjustable trigger to replace it. I have written Timney, but received no reply on the problem.

the solution (on mine at least): original Mauser-style three position wing safety. My 510KX (510 Wells minus the belt) has a Jim Wisner designed and built safety as I described above that works great.

Or you could use a Dayton Traister.
