I know there're a few here. Is a license/permit required there for varmint/predator hunting by out-of-staters? Thanks.

Yes. You can get a non-game license for shooting true varmints like gophers. 26.50 IIRC.

You'd do well to print out the DOW page to show the license clerk. I haven't found one yet that ever heard of it.....so, about half of 'em deny it's existance. [Frown]

Thanks, Jack. I'll do that. BTW, if you're out there, we're going to be visiting my Pop in Burley on Sunday,6/22, then heading up toward Priest River next day to see friends and look at property. Any chance stopping by for a quick visit enroute? Don't feel compelled if you're busy. Thanks.
