Mercedes Sprinter come from the factory as a 4x4 configuration, this one is an alteration in that the factory model is closer to the ground and I am fairly certain independent front drive axle I have been looking at them, only down fall is dealership close to my home in case of breakdown

This one was a custom build not 4x4 from factory. I have a long, tall, two wheel drive model and love it. It drives great and gets wonderful fuel mileage.
