My 95 Honda Passport has 85,000 miles on it and the gas tank rusted thru. Any suggestions?
Is it possible to weld a patch on it?
What's the chance of finding a used tank?

Check out a good junk yard. Many of them are on a computer system and they can find parts for specific cars at the push of a few buttons.

Just be aware that you should visually inspect the replacement tank to make sure the same issue does not happen again.

I've repaired quite a few tanks with varying methods- brazing, soldering, sloshing/sealing compounds and for prices around $100 it makes sense just to replace it with a sound tank.

for every hour in front of the computer you should have 3 hours outside
