In Colorado, while hunting, the firearm must be completely enclosed when carrying it in an ATV or UTV.

Before buying one, check the hunting regs of the state you will be hunting.

thanks for reply. in texas, you could use it to whip the butt of ur "mule" and whoop like a commanche and no one would care. but then again we're not allowed to get high as a kite while driving our mules either.
