There are actually quite a few in America.

Ebay has shown quite a few ex-state owned snow plows that are less than 5 years old.

All they would need is a strip down to basics and convert to a flat bed or campervan.

Did I mention this requires more money than I have the ability to muster. I have a feeling I am not alone on this concept.
