Wife just got a new pickup and she wants it undercoated. I see a lot of do it yourself undercoating products out there.

Anybody here done it. If so, what did you use and how did you do it.

Some of those undercoat and bedliner chemicalscan have some nasty chemicals -not good for your health. I'd leave it for the pros.

In the olden days in Alaska the worst corroded vehicles had undercoating. Why?? Maybe it held the ice melting chemicals. I kept mine washed underneath and used a pump sprayer to coat the underneath with diesel from time to time.
