Here are some pics of "Madala". Only get to drive it on the weekends but do I have fun. Just picked up two more project FJ45's and they should be ready in a year or so.

Nice. That was on the top of my list of buys whilst living down here in Oz as they are pretty common. Unfortunately my assignment has been cut short so it will not happen. Here is one that I was looking at.

Not common here, Boxhead. Going down south to pick up two more at the end of the month. Not as nice looking as yours but running. Love driving mine on the weekends. Will climb a vertical wall. Next step is the poly tank and reverse shackles.

FJ's are definitely function over form. Not built for comfort. That's what makes them great.

Absotively, Wetdog. It came with aftermarket bucket seats but I swapped out for the originals. Not uncomfortable at all but it is not a "luxury ride by any means. Just a man's truck and a great one at that.

Dutch, that is a good looking rig. Do you have a link to the place where you got the headlights? They look like they are LED.

Cliff:
Unfortunately I don't as I obtained it in Canada but you are correct, they are LED. I'll check my sources and see if I can locate a supplier.

Great job. Next get rid of the POS front bumper and put something on that will hold a winch. Side bars will protect your fenders etc
