At the advice of some 4 wheelers I know I purchased a low mileage and clean 1989 Jeep Cherokee and had
it upgraded. Nothing truly extraordinary but enough to get me in and out of my hunting country. New wheels
and tires, suspension lift kit, and a complete and inspection and maintenance on all components. Next week a set of
driving lights will go on the front bumper. Since that photo was taken I have repainted the front grill and that
white strip under the bumper. Down the road, a swing away spare tire carrier.

Good plan. I liked my 93 at was amazed where it would go bone stock. If you want or it's needed, a DIY locker in the back if it's open is cheap and adds tons of traction. I've used Lock Right but I think there are a couple similar now. Very easy to do and worth it IMHO.
