Do to arthritis in the old fingers and some carpel tunnel issues I am going to trade my Kawasaki 750i for something new with power steering. Also don't need the blistering power of the 750. Looking at a Can AM 500ES or Honda Foreman or???? What works and what does not? Jim "Bwana Umfundi" NRA

Jim: I have a CAN AM 650 EFI 2012, for two people and it's excellent. Today they have 2.700 kms without never problems. Realy brute force with all the electronic devices for a plaseur drive. Your assisted direction is cool. I'm living in a top of a hill (1.000 meters) and I have 60 years old. Was a best decision your buy. I recomended. Sorry for my bud English. Best Regards.

Here is a true story about Power Steering on an ATV. A couple of years ago a buddy and I were in Idaho in some rugged country. The wife and I were on a 750 without Power Steering. I have a lot of ATV experience. My buddy that has no ATV experience, and his son were behind us on his brand new 750 Yamaha with Power Steering. We were off road, off trail, and I was fighting the handle bars, it was rugged going. I looked back to check on him, and he wqs driving with one hand and working his GPS with the other. Power Steering makes THAT MUCH difference. When I drove his machine, I could not believe how easy it was to steer, especially in real rugged country. No kick back. DOUBLE RIFLE SHOOTERS SOCIETY

The CanAm does't have a right side brake lever on the bars. Not a deal breaker but it will take some getting used to. I just bought a new Kawi750 and the power steering is a blessing on rough trails, it absorbs a lot of handle bar bump. My neighbor has a CanAM 500. Nice machine but my Kawi is a lot more comfortable. That was a surprise to me. ______________________ Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.

Its not one of them you ask about, but I have a Yamaha Grizzly 550 EPS, and its just by far the most easy ATV to drive, that I have tested.

I have had Honda and Yamaha ATV's. If I was buying annew one today I would pick one of those two brands. Since I live in the country, I would buy a Yamaha, as there is a dealer in a town not to far from me. DOUBLE RIFLE SHOOTERS SOCIETY

I had a three Yamahas, a Honda, and a couple Suzukis over the years but have never had a 4 wheeler with power steering. If I were to buy a new one today, I would more than likely go with another Yamaha.

I purchased a Suzuki 500 with power steering for my wife. What a difference it makes!
