Wow a new contender !Ford's Ranger [not the old USA version ] but the new one . The plain one , without the bed is just right for putting your elephant etc in the back.

The Fords are nice, but when you look at the resale values in SA and Namibia, the Hilux kicks the crap out of the Ford.

Ford did have some issues when first released, but they seem to have them fixed now. That may have softened the resell market for them. Otherwise the Fords are very capable off road and are actually more comfortable than the Hilux. The Hilux still seems to loosen my back fillings when off road.

Will be interesting to see if the resell value on the Fords climbs on par with the Yotas. I would trade my Yota for one if it did.

Hilux every time.

"I'd buy it if I could". I'd love to buy either the Hilux or this "super Ranger", but I'm stuck buying a full size bloated truck in the US.
