It is Saeed: I can tell by the eyes, and especially the nose.

All the other pictures were easier on the eyes. Wink

Yes when one becomes the "official family photographer" there are few pictures of them and in those conditions of the three, only one has the face revealed.

I note the photographer does dote on one particular young lady.

Beautiful photography as always Saeed, thank you for sharing.

What fun! So much snow, beautiful blue sunny skies and your friends and family. It makes me want to go skiing, too! Thanks for sharing.

Yep, we had lots and lots of fun.

We were three families together, and I am the only one who knows nothing about skiing!

A friend's wife branded me "mad", as I showed them I could get down any slope, in my own peculiar way. One ski instructor gave up and left me! He said he had another lesson somewhere else!

I fell off a ski chair about 8-10 meters high! I got stranded in a telecabine as it stopped in very windy conditions, and I got knocked down by two women I never met!

And I got Walter mad because I did not break my neck!

Other than that, I had great fun!

Down one slope I was going so fast I thought I was going to break the sound barrier. This happned a few seconds after I heard someone scream DON"T GO THAT WAY! OH GOD! HE IS GONE!

On the last day, the kids got presented with ski medals.

Hessa got the second highest level - and I got the very bigginers!

I think I prefer the 100+ degrees of heat in Africa than getting my wotsits frozen up teh mountains.

Falling off of the ski lift, getting knocked down, baffling the ski instructors, and flying down the ski slope like a kamikazi pilot - you are probably now famous there!

I, too, prefer to be in Africa (though not at +100 degrees) than being frozen in the mountains. Big Grin

It looks as though you had a great time.

I can still dimly remember starting out with wooden skis and leather bindings like the ones on the wall. tu2

Does Walter ski?

Rusty,

and she keeps asking when she can go hunt buffalo with me!

A couple of months ago, I loaded her 3 magazines for her Ruger 10/22, and she fired them at pop cans at 100 yards.

She hit everyone of them!

She said "Daddy, is this better than Walter shoots?"

"You can beat Walter with your eyes closed Sweethart, as long as I am there!"

She is already shooting reduced loads in a 308 Winchester, and she loves it.

Awesome pic Saeed, enjoy her she will be grown and gone all to soon. I'm sure she will become a great Buff Huntress with the care and guidence she will recieve. Please don't let her pick up any of Walter's bad habits.

Went three times to Champery, Switz. on skiing trips w/ my school when I lived in the UK in the mid-late '70's. What a blast for a kid from Texas. The village is out of a fairy tail!
