i understand where your'e coming from. except for the fact that this was probably the illest looking farmed trout i have ever seen. it had pellets coming out of its mouth. So, sure if you want me not to waste it next time ill send you one from England. So next time ill ask your permission if i can use the trout as fox bait. very sorry.

If you are referring to the three posts of naked girls with rifles to "porn" then i think you are over reacting. Firstly two of them are artisitc black and white photographs and secondly i post a lot of post, so to have found them (as i posted them last year) then i say congratulations for diving so deep into my blog.

Alternatively you could be referring to my whole website as porn and that doesn't really help to explain why it is an embarrassment

first of all i too have fished on this trout water, many of the trout are not in a happy state and are certainly not fit for eating. I think that they are being put to perfect use as fox bait and why not have a bit of target practice beforehand.

Regarding the porn, if you are talking about the site as a whole then i would have to agree with you as i believe it provides enjoyable and stimulating viewing, which i think, is a fairly good definition for porn.

I say "porn" because the photos are in poor taste for a site that proports to be a "hunting blog".

Pics of mutilated, be-headed, and blown up animals does not represent the hunting that I know, but then again, I'm not a complete idiot.

Save that crap for your personal use.

Your site is an embarrassment to Hunting, Shooting, and Sporting heritage world wide. We fight the Anti's every day; this fuels their fire.

I wouldn't be surprised if YOU were an Anti-gun/Anti-hunter and posted the "blog" simply to draw in "hunters" from the idiot fringe to further the Anti agenda.

I think it is ridiculous to say that he is an anti hunter as it is quite obvious that there are many photos of him and his family alongside the game they have killed. perhaps it is in fact you who is the anti hunter by having such problems and publishing these views...?

Some of the photos are fine I admit, but don't you think these photos you have posted on your site are a little over the top? I mean, they have really nothing to do with any "hunting" that I'm familiar with. You Brits must have a different idea about what constitutes "hunting".

When I hunt birds, I don't choose a rifle to do so. I don't shoot pheasants or doves or trout with a rifle and take adolescent pictures of them all blown up and bloody to show everyone in the world. Usually the game is table fare.

My dear Sir, i understand your view and in future will think twice about some of my photos.

However:

Firstly, birds shot with a rifle in the head are perfect for the table as you have not ruined the meat.

Secondly and probably most importantly. Are you trying to provoke an argument? It is probably the most ridiculous claim to say i am an Anti. So you are saying i created a blog over two years and killed animals to show on my blog despite the fact, if i was an Anti, i would be against the killing in the first place. A very sane argument you put forward. Oh and please dont call my 16,423 viewers ""hunters" from the idiot fringe ", they are not.

Thirdly, don't bring our nationalities into it. We brits are not stereotyped as trigger happy hunters as the Americans apparently are. ( i am presuming you are from across the pond. Why do you not show your location?)

Fourthly, congratulations on making the word 'you' into bold, you must be really proud of how the presentation turned out.

Fifthly, another round of congratualtions for you. You managed to post five photos from my blog which are copyright to me. don't worry you can keep them up. Also well done for picking five photos which are a bit over the top but are there any others (a challenge dear sir)?

Sixthly, the final photo of big game are in a pile are 8 roe deer and a fox (you learn something new everyday. roe deer, pronounced 'row'). And i know alot of people who LAY them in a pile (don't look like they have been thrown, it actually looks quite neat) and take a photo. Roe deer are abundant in Scotland and where i was had a liscence to CULL the deer as they were overpopulated. The reason for the photo? To show as a record for regulators and to educae people who don't know what the game is.

Seventhly, The dove is a wood pigeon. Good shot wasn't it?

Eighthly, as love2course said are you in fact the anti?

Ninethly, I was looking over some of your posts and are you always stereotyping people negatively and do you like sounding condescending. example: "Most hunters have no idea how to properly care for the game they just shot, so it spoils before it is taken care of. Antelope is incredible and if I poached for food, I'd shoot nothing but antelope." Please don't stereotype us. sscoyote had a good point on another one of you posts where you pushed him out of the discussion, he said "No absurdity really--we're just not communicating at all. Besides that it sounds like it's your way or no way here." Just be nicer to people ok?

In England, your gun rights are already compromised in comparison to ours in America. Perhaps if, like me, you don't offend the recipient of your comments more people would listen to you. I haven't once called you an "A-hole" or "brain dead". You make a good point but then ruin your credibility by trying to put me down by discrediting my blog, like when you rubbished my claim of +16,000 views. I indeed have seen this AR thread asking why there are so many arguments, and i can agree with others that it is because there are people who wont let someone get there point across and to quote a reply to one of your comments : "Besides that it sounds like it's your way or no way here".

And to finish on two final points. A headshot is the least painful way to shoot an animal (an Anti would be less distraught from my pigeon headshot then a bad shotgun shot which wounds the bird) and the only blown up animal i posted was already cleany killed with a single blow to the fish's head.

It has been a frustating encounter and please take into account my words like i took into account yours. Take care and carry on hunting.

You have taken many of my replies here out of context and with obvious misunderstanding.

I never once doubted your number of visitors and have never posted so. The quote I "quoted" of mine was not a comment to you but rather one I had posted on a similar thread years ago. How did you miss that? I posted it for you so that you could see my viewpoint hasn't changed on this subject and never will.

EDIT: I'm sure you've also taken note that every reply to this thread except for your buddy, feels the same way as I do about the content of your "blog"
