A few years ago at a gun show, there was this booth selling lens cleaners + offered a free glasses cleaning. My mistake which I will NEVER repeat. Whatever the solution they used totally trashed my lenses.Had to buy new glasses. Maybe they are not all that way but as Benjamin Franklin quipped in the past + I have used it many times in lieu of several contexts. "If a cat sits down on a hot stove, it will never sit on a hot stove again;...or a cold one."
