I always thought Wolters over simplified, myself. I think the best book ever written on dog training was for Tri Tronics by Jim and Phyliss Dobbs when they worked for Tri-tronics years ago. I know tritronics is e-collar stuff, and I was a collar trainer.....but their puppy stuff was the best I had ever seen. My credentials may not be the best.....I only raised and trained three HRCH and one Master Hunter.......but I used the Dobbs method to get all of them started. .

Dobbs and Wolters books are both great and would recommend. You might also look at some of Mike Lardy's literature and DL Walters to add to your library. Good luck
