I am proud to say that I have just been accepted to Auburn University's College of Veterinary Medicine. Any veterinarians out there? Where did you do your schooling and any tips?

Congratulations! I'm a 1973 A&M graduate practicing in South Texas.I've been to AU twice on accreditation site visits for the AVMA and I have a number of Auburn vet buddies scattered about. It's a good school with a good reputation. Bwana Dogo

GREAT school and a really nice town. I graduated from Auburn many years ago, and loved my time there.

The USAF sent me to graduate school at Auburn and one of the vet school professors was a neighbor. Auburn is a nice place with a great vet school and good people. Enjoy the experience and good luck.

AGREED!! I was there '76-'79 in grad. school. LOVED IT! It was an amazing place. My profs. were superb. The campus food was the best I ever had at a college. The girls were (collectively) gorgeous and unusually feminine in appearance. The woods nearby were extensive and loaded with deer. There were tiny towns nearby that were loaded with character (Loachapoka and Notasulga were 2). It was all great.
