I have a friend who is more of a lurker than a poster here on AccRel.

His handle is plunker.

This week plunker lost his Blue Heeler of 14 years. Dog's name was Cowboy. Don't know if he will post pics here as he has done on Facebook, but that was one special dog! Great with the family and great working the cows! The ranch will never be the same without Cowboy.

Please send plunker a PM just in case he doesn't post. I am certain the outpouring from fellow dog lovers here will help ease his grief.

I bet he will be suprised!

Thanks

Andy

Very sad news for everyone concerned

Hard if not impossible to replace a good dog in your life. They come along so rarely. In a life time of dog ownership you can count yourself blessed if you end up having more than 1 or 2.

They are like Carlsberg lager they reach places other dogs just don't reach.

The best remedy is to get another one and remember the good times.
