Can you please explain hillbilly? How did a cougar kill your dog? Where were you? Thanks, Peter. Be without fear in the face of your enemies. Be brave and upright, that God may love thee. Speak the truth always, even if it leads to your death. Safeguard the helpless and do no wrong;

I hope he goes to the place where dogs get to chase and catch, rabbits all day. I've hunted the Chilcotin a couple of times, and wouldn't mind going back. I'll check you out in the hunting reports.

I too am sorry for you. I lost my companion dog a few months ago, she just went in her sleep and apparently peaceful, 20 minutes earlier getting home and I would have been there with her when it happened. I'm on my way to the bookstore to get a training book for our new puppy and just thinking about Bailey (the one that passed) again I started to tear up. They are truly the best companions a man can have and I feel your loss. If anyone or anything automatically gets into heaven, dogs are just behind kids.
