I figured I would share my 2 little buddies. The weiner dog is 100% man, he watches TV, drinks beer, farts loudly, doesnt like to be bothered while sleeping and enjoys sleeping late.

THe Min_pin is a little bit of a hard headed jerk. 100% momma's boy and has serious separation issues when she is not around. He probably needs drugs of some sorts to control his energy levels at some times, but he HAS to be in bed at 9pm or he is pissed off.

He stole this carrot from the horse

It's hard to believe that the dachshund was bred to hunt badgers.

He is definately a hunter! I was surprised one day when we took him to Cape Cod for a 2 week vacation. Every squirrel and Chipmunk in the tri-county area was living in terror for those 2 weeks. he was a nut after those things and killed several of them. I never though for a second his fat body would move fast enough to catch them!

How does your dog get beer? Our boxer once got drunk when a guest at our party left her champagne glass on the floor. It was quite the comedy to watch him after we figured out what he had done.

Well, its funny kinda. One night I was par taking in a few frosty beverages. Just relaxing on the couch and shooting the bull with a few friends. And as usual he had to establish his ownership of me and he jumped up in my lap. Well when he did he bumped my elbow a little and I spilled a little Bud Lite on my hand. He smelled it and quickly lapped it up. Then the fight was on to keep him out of the can! Now when I have any beers around him I have to keep it in my hand, if I set it down he knocks it over and drinks it up like its crack cocaine!

I had a boxer while I was growing up, and he would drink booze too. We had a garden and my mother read somewhere that the slugs destroying our crops could be taken care of by putting out small glasses of beer on the ground. We purchased 2 40oz bottles of the cheapest beer we could find and put all of it out one evening. The next morning I come outside to find my boxer splayed out in front of the garden drunk as a skunk! He layed there almost all day cause he couldnt walk.

Not yet, every where I have been living since we got him doesnt allow dog hunting for the types of hunting I do. But I plan taking him squirrel hunting when I move to NC later this year. Also if I ever hit a deer and cannot find it I will take him for a walk. My old Rat terrier used to always find our dead animals.

I think dogs in general like beer--every one I ever had would slurp it up. Probably has to do with the salty taste or something.
