Veterinary scientists have isolated the compound in grapes and raisins that can cause severe gastritis and even kidney failure in dogs that have eaten them. It's tartaric acid. https://www.gradyvet.com/blog/...s-are-toxic-to-dogs/ There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t. – John Green, author

grandson left a small box of raisins on the floor and my brand new Dutch Shepherd at a palm full. I fed him Vanilla ice cream and Peroxide. He vomited up all of the rasins. Birmingham, Al

I have owned Belgian Malinois for 25 years, on #5 and 6 right now. Always wanted a Dutch and got the chance to buy a male puppy a few months ago. Breed really impressed me so I got another, six mo old femele. VERY smart, people oriented dogs. I like em a lot. Life IS kinda hectic with TWO pups at same time. Birmingham, Al

As an aside, my dog ate a bunch of muscadines while we were out walking- also known as fox grapes. Got sicker than hell! Vet said to avoid them at all cost. Vote Trump- Putin’s best friend… To quote a former AND CURRENT Trumpiteer - DUMP TRUMP

I can only imagine what 2 Dutch pups at the same time are like, I don't think I could handle that. They are so easy to train, but if not done right there may be trouble. I think the training requirements are sometimes a bit over blown, but they do require dedication.
