I don't know anything about it, but it sounds like a good reason to go out and buy an "old" Tikka in the caliber of your choice. I think Tikkas are by far the best value in gundom for a bolt action hunting rifle. xxxxxxxxxx When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere. NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR.
