I hunted Tajikistan in Dec and simply wore the same gear I was wearing at Circle Hot Springs north of Fairbanks and it worked perfectly. Not that that is of much use to you but just dress warmly and in layers.
The food was warm and plenty but if you are a picky eater you might want to augment that. Naturally there was plenty of vodka. Which goes a long way at altitude.
You will want to re-sight in at altitude.
Otherwise you should have a good hunt and grand adventure.
