I made a mistake this past hunt because I was too excited and did not take the time to check what the chaps clicking the shutter would see.
I had lain my rifle down over the back of the critter, and had the barrel pointing straight at me as I posed for the pcture. Eeeh huela! And I did not catch it till after it was all picked up and gone. boohoo

Big Grin That's kind of funny. It reminds me of a photo i saw of Al Gore bending over to pick his M-16, and it looks like when he grabbed the rifle from the sling the muzzle is pointed straight at his head. I have no idea if the photo is real or not.

I imagine that it's easy to make the same mistake you made, specially under the excitement of a kill. Thanks for pointing that out.
