We got the Sony NEX-VG10E video camera, and have been using it for a while.

The video quality is great, but, due to some silly design problems, that make the camera not as practical as it should be.

The camera has a handle, which great for holding.

But, unlike other cameras that have a handle, this one has no controlls on teh handle at all.

So trying to start/stop recording or zooming in and out is not practical at all.

One has to use the start/stop at the back of the camera, and use the zoom ring on the lense to zoom into and out of action.

This is incredibly impractical, which really ruins an otherwise great video camera.
