Well send them full size. On the receiving end, the attached photo files should be saved to a separate folder. Then use some other photo viewer program to view them. It will allow you to reduce size until it just fills the screen. Yet maintain full quality. Another option is to reduce the size as suggested. On a 3.3 megapixel camera you can just cut size in half. That will fit most people's screen just fine. Don't do this with the original from the camera though. Open them in a photo program, cut the size in half and save them elsewhere. BTW, an excellent photoviewer than can do the re-sizing etc. is a free one called Irfanview. www.irfanview.com this is a small, fast, good photoviewer. | ||

I second the recommendation for Irfanview! Just select a lower resolution and then save the picture as a jpg. For viewing, your recipients will see little benefit from files larger than a 300kb jpg file, so try this and you will be popular for NOT clogging their email with 3.3mb emails! jpb | |||
