Just got a Canon Rebel XT (digital) Here are a couple of photos taken with it useing a Canon 75/300 IS/USM lens. This camera & lens are awesome!

Very nice shot Ray. What is that white stuff on the roofs & the ground? Big Grin We haven't seen that is about 20 years here in South Louisiana. What lens are you using? I have been thinking about getting the Tokina 12/24 for my wide angle.

Doug,

By all means get the Tokina 12/24 - I have one for my Rebel XT and love it! It's a very sharp lens and way fun to shoot with.

I used the kit lens. Look at the "sigma4less" web site, and also B&H for the Tokina. It's a good lens, but Sigma and Tamron also have good lenses. The kit lens that came with my rebel is good for most situations where there is enough light, but not as sharp as more expensive lenses.
