I'm in the market for a new Nikon DSLR with wi-fi capabilities. My budget is right around $1k. I'd like at least two Nikor lenses 18-55 and 70-200. I would also consider a refurbished camera like a D90. B&H in New York has a few of them. What say all of you?

There really aren't that many Nikon DSLRs with WiFi incorporated into the body. In Europe I see great prices on the Nikon D5500, which does have WiFi incorporated, since they seem to be clearing inventory on this model. It is a very good camera and you may be able to stay within your budget including a couple of lenses. Ming Thein normally only reviews the really high end expensive cameras, but he does review this one: http://blog.mingthein.com/2015...iew-the-nikon-d5500/ You might want to take note of his lens recommendations. He doesn't like the 18-55mm at all, but does like the 35mm f/1.8G DX. He finds the Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 to be one of the best lenses on the market, and that would cover the semi-wide to normal lens range. There are lots of good long lens options. _________________________________ AR, where the hopeless, hysterical hypochondriacs of history become the nattering nabobs of negativisim.

The P900 has WiFi. But not interchangeable lenses of course. ___________________ Just Remember, We ALL Told You So.
