Ladies and gentlemen! I managed to catch this old guy after 16 days where he has eluded me and stepped within inches of the snares and only showed up when I have not been watching in the little hut nearby. Just before sunrise when the sky is golden, purple, pink and blue he faced the mighty zkw465 with 45gn fmj & 12,6gn lil´gun through the lungs & spine from ca 8 m distance. Sincerely Daniel Fox snared below red arrow below, towed christmas tree for 150 m before stopping. Shooting hut when waking for foxes during night

Good post. You might want to read Skinner's post on Fox Farts, just in case.....

Ole Miss Guy... I have read it, and the fox did smell something like I do when my stomach misbehaves, and I wondered if it was me, the pointer beside me or the fox that smelled like that. Me and the pointer looked at eachother and agreed that it was the fox that was smelling this time....

Nice fox, here it would be worth $20-25.00, depending on how big a hole it has in it. Snares are a great way to catch fur
