The mink are now reeking havoc on backyard chickens within a 15 mile radius. This family lost a dozen hens in broad daylight, but were able to kill the mink before he killed any more. That’s him on the back of the truck. The mink are also killing cats and have injured a few dogs. They have no issue taking on something larger then they are and have no fear of humans because they were farm raised. The fish and game officers are asking people to shoot them when seen and they are sending out hunters to do the same. Wish us luck!




Can you imagine twelve thousand of these things running the countryside?

As you can see things like mink kill and only drink the blood. They will kill the entire flock if not stopped in one assault. Possums do the same thing.

We have had brown bears,marten,our sled dogs,weasels,hawks etc etc raise hell with our birds,,,, but nothing devastates a whole flock in record time like a goddamn mink! We have Karelian Bear Dogs now and they keep them at bay,,and everything else as well!


I tend to use more than enough gun
