I am not sure what it is worth but according to this site:

Old Guns

It was made in 1942.

What condition is it in? Any pictures?

Keep in mind that if its rusty then it has NO collector value at all, none what so ever..folks that own these old desirable guns cannot seem to accept that fact, but it is a fact of life...

So I would venture to say if the bore is good and the 32 special for some reason had bore troubles, then your gun would be valued at about $150 to $250 dependant on the amount of rust, but rust leaves pits and devalues a gun more than anything else and a reblue will completely ruin any collector value what so ever....thats the delima.

If it shoots, you may find someone in the Cowboy action fields willing to buy it for their side matches or as a decorative piece. The price of $150 to $250 is similar to what we see around here.
You may just want to clean it up and start shooting it yourself.
