New 30/30 ! Pic added.

traded for a new 30/30.
I mean 100 years old is kind of new !
Its an octagon barrel with a great bore lyman tang sight , quite a bit of bluing left and the usual bumps and bruises.
Pics will follow ,(The tag said its a 1907 but my book says 1908.

What are going to shoot out of it? I probably wouldn't use Hornady LeverEvolutions. They are pretty hot.

I had one just like it in 25-35 until last year when a guy came by and had to have it..The value of these great old rifles is really going sky high...I still have my 25-35 Carbine and its never up for sale at any price. It was a gift from a special person.
