Ladies and Gentlemen:

Do any of you have any experience with McGowen Precision LLC in re-barreling a Marlin lever action rifle?

I'm thinking of picking up an 1893 Marlin, and having it re-barreled to 38-55 but with a .375 bore, so I can shoot .375 bullets without the oversized bore issue with original 38-55 barrels.

If not McGowen, who does a great job on re-barreling old Marlin lever actions?

Sincerely,

Chris Bemis
