Hello My eyes are not allowing me to use my iron sight that well any more. So, I bought a Burris Fastfire for my 50 Alaskan. However, I wanted it to be easily remove so I could use my scope which is also quick detachable. So I get and American Defense AD-22 quick detach base for the fastfire. I had to open up the slot with a file on my weaver base but it worked great! I sighted the fastfire in at 100yds. I then fired four shots and removed the fastfire after each shot and am amazed at how well it returned to zero!

Wow! I am impressed. My only question is now: Why would you need a scope with accuracy like that, except maybe in low light, or for squirrels. Nice. Lou
