PCMartin,
I have a nice little cz 550 lux in 9.3x62 that I am having Bob bed at the moment (there was a tad of movement in the forend).....so I have that base covered.
9.3 bullets might be little cheaper to ship ??

KevHI,
PC, great idea,I have E-mailed many different bullet makers about this and most just say no, not enough orders,in fact I just E-mailed North Fork Bullets about this, they said it would be to long and not enough orders. As for woods I also cut off the tips, but I want a heavier bullet so mine weighted 560 grains. If Woods did a .510 I would love a 550 grain or above 525 to give a .3 SD, Martin bullets looked great when I order I will order a 550 FN. Also Kodiak Bone Core make a 450 and 500 grain just for .510 lever, I heard they make a 570, but I have never seen it ?? Other than that they are not to many as most bullet makers do not go up to a .510, to bad we could not get a Swift .510 535 or

550 FN? Kev

KevHI,
You guys will love the 50-110, it will kick you hard with hot loads. The thing is when you get one, you will be like me looking for a heavier bullet,550 in a 50-110 with a 22 inch barrel 2000-2050 fps or maybe more,I have a Badger Barrle in mine with a 1:26 twist, but Dave told me he will most likely use a 1:22 twist. The 1:26 was to be used for black powder for heavy weight bullets at around 2000 fps,I have gone up to 2200fps with 525 and it still works fine,Kev

KevHI,
Martin on your FN what is the highest fps one could use with them and the bullet will still hold togather?I think Kodiak Bone Core, which there .510 is for a 50AK, said up to around 2100 fps or so?Kev

PCKev,
well I suppose all of us 50-110 owners need to email wwoodleigh and let them know we want a heaviuer bullet as the lighter stuff is covered.
When I get closer to the moment I will ring Dave Clay to enquire after his stocks....I doubt the factory stock will handle the recoil unless it is re-inforced some how.

KevHI,
Martin, I just E-mailed you,but that is a great idea. I like the weight of 550 for a 50-110. I like FN,but a 550 with a not so deep hollow cavity sounds great, I may have to order 100 FN and 100 HP 550 grains, now we are talking,Kev

KevHI,
I just got an E-mail fron Kodiak Bullets concerning the 570 Grain .510 FN. They said if they get a few orders will make them before holidays. I said make them I will order, they only make the 570 grain from time to time, and ones does not see to many .510 in a 570 grain FN,Kev
