I called and emailed DRC 2 weeks ago, in hopes they could build one of these before Bighorn. I didn't get a response to the call or email.
I begin to wonder if guys just start a website to give themselves the big head. It would be nice if someone could actually build one of these guns, rather than just draw pictures of them.
Guess I'll just keep shooting these darn old doubles...

So I,ve heard rumours they are actually starting to ship out the Big Horns, starting to fill the back orders. Any confirmation?

Look over at Lee Martins single action forum. Someone who appears to be a company rep talk about shipping soon. I will keep my money in my wallet until it happens. Not going to be a pioneer with that anymore.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

I took some meat to get done. There was a gentelman there, we got to talking. Here he is the president ot Big Horn Armory.. There was the owner of the shop, myself and another person. Anyway, Mr. Buchel ask if we wanted to shoot these guns.. We all said yes... We went out back, he had 2 carbines, and 80 rounds of ammo. We could shoot it as much as we wanted. It was only about 20 yds. The gun I shot, he said had about 4,000 rounds through it.. As long as you worked the lever, if worked fine.. The recoil wasn't as bad as I thougth it would be. We all shot it a bit. The second one had a scope on it.. I had never thought about one, but now, I just might have to look into it.. We were shooting 400gr. Hornady bullets.. He said they are getting just under 2200 fps..
