Grizzly Cartridge of Oregon provided a notice that their 348 WCF 200 gr versions are now offered. 1. 200 gr bonded-core FP bullets-NOT marked Swift. 2. $135 per box of 20 3. Advertised velocity is 2700 fps 4. Swift 200 gr A-frames are $94-(Out of Stock) Possibly OK for Brownings but NOT in my pre-war Winchester Model 71s. Max loading for 200 gr bullets is usually +- 2500 fps. Stated velocity in WW & Remington for 90 years. Pressures? Caveat Emptor. Avatar

I have a box or two of the older loaded Grizzlies, and it appears both cheaper then and reasonably pressured. The Kodiaks and Hawks that I loaded will be used first... Swifts are still out of stock. The Hornady 200 gr, now no longer made, were above average and accurate. I have my share of them along with Fury bullets. Woodleigh still offers a 250 gr bullet, but $$$. I may pull one of the early Grizzly bullets: examine and weigh everything. Avatar
