I have taken a look at a Japchester 1895, but it has the tedious rebounding hammer with safety. Can action parts as hammer, spring strut and sear simply be replaced with Browning 1895 parts, after the safetey has been thrown in the junk bin and the hole filled with a nicely engraved name plate? Or is that a too optimistic assumption?
