I have a new BLR in 300 win mag with bushnell 3200 3-9 and leupold rings. The rifle shot outstanding then I took a trip with it through the airport(god knows what happens to your rifle with handlers). Well since then everything is just haywire. I sight it in then try it the next day I'm 2" right and5" low or what ever to rhyme or reason to it. It makes me want to pull my hair out. Were do I start never had anything like this before.

Since it was good but started having problems after a plane trip I would suspect the scope. There really isn't a lot that can go wrong with rings and bases other than coming loose. Check to make sure nothing rattled loose. If the bases and rings seem tight swap out the scope with somethng you have on hand and check it, before buying a new scope.
