In this day and age far too many people have nothing but complaints so I thought I'd post something positive for a change...
My brother recently purchased a Henry 22 Mag lever action rifle from a local pawn shop, very nice rifle, clean, like new except it was missing the rear sight.
I contacted Henry to purchase a new rear sight and they refused payment, shipped me a new sight and elevator for free.
Great people to deal with, pleasant and helpful.

I have heard this from several people. I really like the 1860 in blue. Some day will have to get one.

Great service that should sell many more rifles for Henry. Love it.

I have purchased two of their rifles in the past 13 months.

Both 45-70...H010 and H010CC. Enjoying them immensely. Plan to take the H010CC to Zimbabwe in 2019.

I have not had to utilize their customer service, but it is great to hear the good stories of how they stand behind their product.

It is also neat knowing that they are made back home in Wisconsin!
