For those that wish to ogle the new Winchester 94s in .25-35 and .38-55, Winchester had updated the web site with pictures and MSRP info. It looks like they'll all get tang safteys instead of the stupid button. Dream and drool, they look good.

I saw that a few days ago. They sure do look good. Now if they just get off their arse and manufacture them ! I didn't see the trails end models on the web site.

I agree, posting pictures on the internet and producing the rifle are two different things.

Look again. It's on the second of three pages. Or just use the link in my previous post.

Thanks for posting that. I was on the site the other night and did not even bother to check out the Model 94s, just considered them to be the same old half dozen 30/30s.

They have given some worthwhile attention to the line up this year. Now if only the 25/35 was available in a longer barrel than 20 inches.
24 or 26 inches would be great. I also like the case harden option!

Maybe Marlin will be a little motivated to come up with a few ideas in response. Interesting that Winchester is chambering the 450 Marlin this year also.

Cheers and Happy new year

I don't know if you've seen any of those Winchester case colored guns in person but they are BUTT UGLY ! Nothing at all like bone charcoal case coloring.
