Does anyone have some load suggestions for a 40-82 Winchester?

From Legacy of Lever Guns:

260gr cast / 35gr IMR 3031
260gr cast / 45gr H-4895

There were no velocities given.

Factory loads pushed 260gr bullets around 1450-1500 fps. Older loading manuals had loads developing 1860fps.

Groove diameter quoted was 0.406 and twist rate was 1 in 28".

I shoot a 2nd year model 1886, so I am not interested in pushing too hard on my loads. That gun likes 25gr. 5744 topped off with a cornmeal filler. Bullet is a 275 gr NEI cast FNGC with ww alloy, resized and trimmed Starline 45-90 brass, CCI #200 LR Primers. Velocity is 1495.

The 35 gr of 3031 was also an accurate load in this rifle using the same components, but I don't have the velocity for that load.
