My smith says they are difficult to do but doable. The best I could do with mine was about 2" with an old 4x scope, anemic trigger pull and factory loads. I figure when I get a 3x9 scope put on and some trigger tuning along with some reloades, I should be able to 1/2 that. how well is yours shooting??

if anyone knows a gunsmith who can fix a m88 trigger please post his name & phone number.. Rogue River does it for their custom rifles but won't do that job only..

Right now I am getting about 1 1/2" group at 100yrd..(5 shots) .243 Win 85gr hpbt Sierra .. 45gr H4350 .. Leupold 3-7x .. I know the gun will do better .. I just can't get past the long heavy trigger .. I am using the same load in a Ruger 77 and am getting 1/2" .. I really like the 88 and would like to smooth things out a bit..
