Need to know what rifle you are using the 7-30 Waters in. Also, what do you intend to hunt? Always had good luck with Winchester's 748. You may want to try H-380 with heavier bullets and 4895 with the lighter weight ones.

I like H335 with either the 120 or 130 gr. bullets. W748 is apparently what was originally used in factory ammo (of course it wasn't cannister grade). It does very well also.

The 130 gr. Speer FP is THE bullet for the 7-30 Waters. The 140s (or discontinued 139 gr. Hornady FP) are interesting bullets but heavier bullets give away the ballistic advantage the 7-30 has over the .30-30.
