Stopped in at my local gun dealer today and the one I had been looking at has been sold. That's probably good news. I need a new gun like a fish needs a bicycle. Well Dave, just in case you still want one. My local smith has one in very fine shape in .375 and one in .444. If you have never fired a .444 in the .94 Big Bore it is an eye-opener. I've used my .375 on 2 treed bear and it knocks them right down. I've use my Marlin .444 on a couple of bears on the ground and it is a lot of fun to watch them pile up.
