I am the new owner of a Big Bore 94 in .375 Win. While cleaning it the other day, I didn't run into the customary copper fouling. Is this due to the slow bullet speed? Any experiences? There's a number of reasons for no copper fouling showing up. 1. There was no fouling. 2. You have a one in a million barrel. The factory turned out a very smooth barrel. The bullet and the barrel are a near perfect match up. 3. The ammonia in your solvent is kaput. 4. In my case there's never been a jacketed bullet put down the barrel since it left the factory. Thanks, Although I haven't owned the rifle long (since December) I have put at least 200 rounds through it. All of them have been jacketed 220 and 270gr. Hornady's. For a million in one barrel, it sure shoots poorly! I do know the ammonia in my solvent is good- WHEW! Just looking for some answers! Merkel 140A- .470NE Beretta Vittoria- 12 Ga. J.P.
