This sounds like the same problem I'm having with my .357 Trapper. The nearest warranty repair center says it's the tit on the carrier, and they have to replace these often. None of my other M94's have this problem.... I thought it would be hard to replace, but just ordered a manual & carrier from Brownells, thanks for the hint on fixing it mtself.
