Got a few questions about this gun. Is there a place I can type in a serial number and find out what year it was built? What does the R.C. stand for? Does anyone know the dates that Marlin used the micro groove's in their 30-30 barrels? This gun does not appear to have micro groves, and I am very sure it is pre-1960.
