"32 spl Winchester, all screws present, Lyman sight attached to the side, serial number 2296671, bore is great, 20" barrel, wood is real nice with most of its original finish and no major dings"--what is a fair price for a gun with this description?

and...what can you do with a 32 spl? hunt deer...hogs...elk...moose???

Thanks

Dave

You can hunt anything you would hunt with a 30-30. It just makes a slightly bigger hole. Last one of these I bought (for a friend) I paid $125 for, but that was quite a while ago so I wouldn't put much stock in that. If you get close enough, the 32 will indeed do for elk, deer, moose or bear. If I had to make a guess, I would probably say around $300-350 for the gun. HTH - Dan

I've had mine goin' on 40yrs now. Made in 1913 and it probably shoots today as good as the day it left the factory. If you don't have a lever gun and want one, $175 is a great deal. Like the others said, it's a ballistic twin to the 30-30.
