Does anybody have a Limbsaver recoil pad on a Marlin 1895 Cowboy? On Limbsaver's website, they list the Marlin models 444, 450, 336, 512, and "most models". I am wondering if it will fit on the 1895 Cowboy? Any thoughts?

Well, I went to Academy and bought it (#10102) and it doesn't even come close to fitting!! Frowner It fits perfectly at the top, but there's a good 1/2" of stock sticking out below the pad. So I returned it. I guess I'm gonna have to get a grind to fit because I really don't want to ruin the gun with an ugly slip on pad.

Mine has a grind to fit version.

Mine has a fitted decelerator. The extra length of pull really helps.
