spring strength and replacement interval?

Gents!
I have some problems with finding a replacement recoil spring for my .22lr sig sp 47/8 conversion barrel. I have the old heavy version which needs CCI MiniMag to reload properly. Winchester xpert, rws pistol match, Norma 2, CCI Standard will reload typically 2-3 out of 5 rounds.

It is no problem finding springs for 9mm and .30 Luger but I cant find any for the .22lr and thus wonder if anyone:

A, knows a source for 22lr recoil springs,
B, know the replacement interval
C, knows the strength and length, dimensions etc of a original spring so I can have some new ones made. The Swedish spring company will probably prefer SI-units.
D, knows if any spring from another gun might fit? Old Glocks and tanfoglios are somewhat similar atleast from pictures.

Any help is appreciated!!!

Sincerely

Daniel
